Disney’s Frozen in Concert by Willoughby Symphony Orchestra
The Willoughby Symphony Orchestra presents Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Frozen in Concert, featuring composer Christophe Beck’s GRAMMY®-nominated score performed live to the film. Conducted by Jessica Gethin, performances take place on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 March at The Concert Hall, The Concourse, Chatswood.
The film’s multi-Platinum soundtrack includes eight songs by Academy Award®, Emmy® and GRAMMY® winners Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, including the Oscar® and GRAMMY®-winning “Let It Go,” performed by Idina Menzel.
Frozen follows fearless optimist Anna and mountain man Kristoff as they journey to find Anna’s sister Elsa, whose icy powers have plunged Arendelle into eternal winter. The film won the Academy® Award for Best Animated Feature.
