Emerald Fennell, the Academy Award- and BAFTA-winning filmmaker, brings a fresh and bold take on one of the greatest love stories ever, written by Emily Brontë – Wuthering Heights. Margot Robbie stars as Cathy and Jacob Elordi as Heathcliff, whose forbidden passion for each other spirals from romance into something utterly intoxicating — a story full of love, lust, and madness.
The film also features Oscar nominee Hong Chau, Shazad Latif, Alison Oliver, BAFTA winner Martin Clunes, and Ewan Mitchell.
Fennell wrote the screenplay herself, adapting Emily Brontë’s classic novel, and produced the film alongside Robbie and Oscar nominee Josey McNamara. Tom Ackerley and Sara Desmond are executive producers.
Behind the scenes, the team includes Oscar- and BAFTA-winning cinematographer Linus Sandgren, BAFTA-nominated editor Victoria Boydell, production designer Suzie Davies, composer Anthony Willis, casting director Kharmel Cochrane, and costume designer Jacqueline Durran.
